5-Minute Briefs was first conceived as a conventional radio program. Our goal: to reach a wide audience, informing them on the important legal issues of the day. After reviewing the realities of commercial and public radio, however, we realized that the internet was a better primary medium for our show, and here we are.

Our format is a simple one. We provide a five-minute forum for the legal industry’s top attorneys to reach millions of interested listeners.

Here’s how we do it. First, we find an interesting legal topic. Next we book an attorney with unique experience and expertise on our selected issue. Then we roll out our mobile recording studio and host an in-depth interview. Finally, we head back to our studio, take the raw recording, choose the best segments, record narration and produce our five-minute webcast.
